Super filling, super flavorful. A little ramen masterpiece. A very thick chicken broth (even blended to make it smoother, seemed an emulsion), accompanied by a fair cut of good chashu, and ajitsuke eggs. I saw a noodle making machine, so I assume these are homemade too. The ride 25 minutes away from central Kobe was completely worth it. I would recommend visiting Hikyu to any foreigner (maybe even to some Japanese!) in town looking for a so called good noodle bowl. The price is more than fair (1.050¥ standard size). Not so funny fact, there was a hand sanitizer bottle (only tagged in Japanese) right next to the pepper and chili powder.
