We came here after returning from the hot river, the food was served within 10-15 minutes, everything was fresh and very good, we ate the fish of the month which was served with tomatoes and potatoes, very good, and fried fish and chips. Everything tasted delicious, the portions were just right. They don't accept euros. I have been chasing highs my whole life. Every single one of them have never been as good as the greatest peaks that I have ever experienced. The fish & chips at Hipstur were the best that I have ever had in my journeys. I am now back at home and eating a mediocre version and am wondering how I could ever recreate such an existential moment in my life. This is the beauty and danger of travel. It’s the equivalent to a teenage backpackers first taste of Guinness in Ireland. Was it the situation or does it really hit different when you are in a different place?
