I’ve been a loyal customer of Sushimi's for years, and I usually have a great experience. However, my last few visits have been disappointing. On a couple of occasions, the service was incredibly slow, our orders were wrong, and some rolls never arrived. While this led me to try new things, my most recent visit is the reason I’m writing this review. My two daughters and I were dining at the restaurant, and my 11-year-old was considering ordering a new roll à la carte. She asked her older sister if she could see the roll to decide if she wanted to order it. My older daughter handed her plate to my younger one so she could get a better look. A server then yelled at my 11-year-old, "If you wanted sushi, you should've gotten all-you-can-eat, so give it back!" My older daughter calmly explained that her sister was just looking at the roll to consider ordering it, but the server gave both of us a dirty look. The server then threatened to charge us for another all-you-can-eat meal if my daughter shared even one piece, saying she would be watching us. I understand the restaurant's policy against sharing all-you-can-eat, and we have always followed the rules. I wouldn’t be so upset had the server addressed us calmly and professionally. It’s unfortunate that the customer service has declined, as I used to love coming here and bringing all my friends and family. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to Sushimi's.
