The food here is incredible. The staff are very careful to make sure everything is vegan if you tell them, “bi-gan des.” The price is very reasonable for the amount of food you get. I was so happy they were open when we got to Fukushima. If you find it hard to Google the location, just search for “Hitoto” without Shokudo before it. Google doesn’t have the first word. It’s on the 3rd floor and there is a plant shop on the 2nd floor. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Dietary restrictions: They’ll make your set meal vegan if you ask.
