The hotel layout is wonderful, and some of staff such as Phi Phi the bartender and the restaurant manger are very kind and welcoming. They were so friendly during my entire stay I def recommend giving Phi Phi a tip for their kind service if you have the same experience. The pool was wonderful and perfect temperature the food from the restaurant always tasted amazing. The front desk ladies that work the morning shift are very rude though. The evening ladies are super kind and helpful so that definitely helped balance it out. Due to my experience with the front desk I won’t be back as a client but all in all it was a good experience. Had a fantastic time staying at the Hivetel! Staff were so kind and friendly. Rooms were clean, tidy and felt safe. The only negative thing I would say is the bed was just a little too hard for me but apart from that it was fantastic! Well worth the money Service: 5

It was a perfect stay at Hivetel phuket , Mr.Annan was always there to welcome when we used to come late at night , the morning staff was also polite and welcoming , the pool was amazing with rain shower (operational upon request) , we didn't got a chance to have a meal at the restraunt Otter in the rain , they did had water dispensers on every floor from where you can fill your water drinking bottles , the location was doubtful while booking but perfect for us as a family , its just 3 mins drive from Dolphin bay , over all 5/5 , will stay again when i visit phuket. Service: 5
