Lime Street Railway Station es algo que tienes que ver antes de disfrutar de una comida estupenda en este restaurante. Muchos críticos mencionan que aquí puedes pedir unas tiernas hamburguesas americanas, un generoso chuletón y unas bien trabajadas ensaladas. Su muy activo personal demuestra un alto nivel de calidad en The View Restaurant. Tal y como un gran número de clientes dicen, el servicio es pulcro. Fantastic restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and amazing food. Service was quick, portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. I'll definitely be coming back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £70–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Quite surprised as its owned by same group who have indigo hotel..so expectations were high. Beautiful hotel..spotless..house keeping should be proud of themselves. Went to the restaurant for the first time..set on the second floor with fantastic view of St George's Hall and lime Street. Me and my friend were the only couple in there at 5pm..which we thort odd for a hotel dining room. Three more people arrived while we were there. Garlic King prawns with sourdough bread to start...don't know what was King about them as they were normal sized and no taste of garlic. They could do with adding a pat of butter to the plate as it was all very dry. My friend was satisfied with her main of the sea bass with vegetables. I can't complain about the club sandwich as it was large and tasty...although the fries were tasteless and bland. I had a hot chocolate drink which was lukewarm and not very chocolaty. The service needs a lot to be desired. I had to go and find a waitress to take our order after 20 minutes. Could do with a lot more training in this area. We paid £70...which is a lot for a mediocre dining experience. I am certainly not a food critic but I think this place could be a hidden gem with a few tweaks. Overall....disappointing and not a place we would dine at again. But.. praise again for the cleanliness and the design of the place which we thort was beautiful . Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This was a strange and unsettling experience. I prebooked by telephone and was told I could not book for 12.30pm for lunch because of them clearing for breakfast.( The website says 24 hour dining.). We could only book for 13.00pm. We arrived early and had a coffee at the bar. There were people eating full meals in the bar. At 12.50pm I asked to go into the dining room and was told we couldn't because we were booked at 13.00pm. There was nobody in there. At 13.05pm I went back and was told to "order at the bar" ( this was not suggested before.). We did this because we were going to the theatre so needed to eat. We then waited another half hour gor our meal. Only 5 tables were occupied and anyone else coming in was redirected to the bar. Kath the member of staff was assertive in her management of these tables. It was clear that the so called restaurant was managed purely for the convenience of staff and none of the breakfast tables were in use. Only 5 tables by the window so that they can rave about the view. In the meantime people are not allowed into an empty restaurant at lunchtime. We won't go back. Price per person: £50–60 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
