I have it 3 stars based on the prices. Food was great, the service was excellent but it is pricey for a barbeque joint. $16 for a sandwich, no side. They have maybe 2 or 3 options under $10. For the price I paid for a sandwich I figured I'd at least get fries with it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot

I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the menu. Just meat alone, no sides at all unless you pay an extra $3.50 for 1 small side! Bun is an extra $2.00 for your meat. I got the bowl of Brunswick stew and 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich. It was $9.50. The sandwich was tiny and the cheese, tho it was melted, wasn't on the entire bread. It was only on half of the half bread. The Brunswick stew was very spicy. I couldn't eat it. I asked for the fries instead. The fries I got was not what the fries on the menu was described as. The half sandwich and meager fries is not worth $9.50 plus tax and tea ( it was good) was $3.00. I won't be back to this restaurant. I do need to say that the servers were good. The owner needs to revisit the menu, servings and price, then price accordingly.

Disappointing. I like to support local businesses. However Smoky Tony's BBQ the last two times over the three weeks has not been satisfactory for our Take Out orders. Not sure what has changed in recent months. Used to be very good. The brisket meal and sandwich were both very very dry. Sauce didn't help it. The green beans tasted like they came out of a can with no added touches and had stems in them. I was not given cornbread even though ordered with dinner. I was sent an email coupon from Smoky Tony's for free banana pudding the next time I came in and they would not honor it. I will wait several months and read the current reviews before I order from here again.
