They were scheduled for our Community’s Food Truck event today from 4:30-7:30pm and never showed up. We didn’t receive any notice of cancellation or even a courtesy call so that we could alert our residents. It was quite the disappointment for all!

So there I sat, in my office off of Glenwood Ave, when it appeared on the sunny side of my office complex. The Holy Mole Food truck. As I suddenly realized that my insides needed sustenance I ventured out. Upon my initial approach it seemed like any other food truck, unassuming and simple. It was not until the windowed opened and I was greeted by the most lovely lady and the most exotic aromas. I was suddenly confused and overwhelmed with the what I should order. The different combinations of salsas and mixes were dizzying. However, the beautiful, young and professional blonde woman immediately saw my dismay and took instant charge. She explained in great detail what the infinite culinary options were and I was back on the track away from starvation. I wish I have gotten a name so that I could ensure she gets the credit she deserves. However, because of the lightning quick ability of the cuisene goddess preparing the food in the back there was no time. Almost instantly I had a HUGE pile of great nachos and a tray of enchiladas in front of me. I laid my trust in the woman who greeted me and she did not disappoint. The whole experience was not any ordinary food truck but was more a mobile restaurant experience. It was priced amazing for what I received. I hope to again have the life experience of finding this truck in the future with its amazing food, professional and skilled food preparing staff and the stunning woman who guided me to the nourishment I so greatly needed.
