Hi Durian, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I sincerely apologize for the long wait you encountered. Waiting over an hour for milkshakes and a crepe is not the level of service we aim to provide. After reviewing your feedback, it appears your order was unfortunately delayed during an exceptionally busy period and was not followed up on as quickly as it should have been after you brought it to our attention. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to see other orders being served while you were still waiting. We’re currently reviewing our processes during high-volume promotions to ensure situations like this don’t happen again. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve.
