My waitress was amazing. She was super kind and nice, but the food was just not good. The chips and cheese dip with guacamole and salsa. It was just not good in my opinion. It was very bland and definitely not worth the $19. I got three different tacos and they were served with two corn tortillas per taco, which was strange to me. I’ve never seen that before. I ended up taking one of the corn tortillas off of each of my tacos. They did it so I guess the taco wouldn’t fall apart, but if you make your corn tortillas right or cook them properly to heat them up or whatever then you only need one and it doesn’t fall apart. I say that from experience because I’ve literally been on like a taco kick in Atlanta this past week and this was just my worst experience when it came to the flavor of the food. I definitely did not feel like it was worth the money at all. It felt like whoever was in the kitchen did not care. That restaurant has been there for years, so I guess people do like it just in my opinion the food was not worth the money. Maybe if I was drinking on a picture of margaritas it’d be good but I drink water and Diet Coke. The Diet Coke was actually very good nice and crisp so I will give them that Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

I'm giving 5 stars, but this review NEEDS to be read. As a vegetarian, I LOVE Holy Taco. They are one of the only restaurants in EAV that offer more than a few vegetarian/vegan friendly options that are actually super good. With that being said, my meat eater friends...well, there's much to be desired. My friend ordered the steak taco the other day and the steak that came on the taco looked like ground beef. It was gray looking and not appetizing. 1 out of 5. And for the LOVE of anything holy, PLEASE change your SALSA DIP. It always tastes like cold chunky tomato soup that lacks real seasoning and depth. Yuck. If Holy Taco could try harder at the salsa being the restaurant that it is, AND put more love into the meat options, I'm sure more people will frequent there. It's always so sad to go there and there's not a lot of people there. With that being said, I will always go back for the vegan chorizo taco and vegan drummies (even though $17 for vegan drumsticks is pretty dang pricey, so I don't get them every time). The drinks are always good and servers are always good, though they seem to have a quick turnover with servers. Again, I will say, I LOVE going there just for the vegan options, but I ALWAYS have to convince my friends to give it one more shot. Each time, they are sadly disappointed, mainly due to the salsa and taste of some meat options. Holy Taco, please change your salsa recipe and put more love into some of the meat options for the meat eaters. Much love Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Dietary restrictions: Many gluten free options.
