The woman behind the restaurant has created a warm and memorable atmosphere, where dining feels personal and curated rather than routine. One of the best parts is the frequently changing menu, offering a creative mix of cuisines and flavors that keeps every visit exciting and unique. On top the natural wine is just excellent. The open-space interior is also a refreshing contrast to the typically smaller and more compact izakaya or restaurant settings, giving the place room to breathe and making you feel instantly comfortable. As an added bonus, she often offers homemade sourdough and pastries to take away, which are just as great as the dine-in experience. A small note for visitors: come with a little patience and the right mindset. She is working solo, and this is clearly a place centered around craft and quality rather than speed. A great dining experience. The menu changes all the time so there's always something new and exciting to try. The owner is very friendly and speaks English and Japanese.
