We had just moved to Reno from Las Vegas and spent all day packing, driving, and unloading our moving truck. We were exhausted and starving, and it was late, so a lot of restaurants had stopped serving food on a Sunday night. Then we found Homegrown and saw it had organic options, so I had to give it a try. The restaurant has a very cool vibe and we sat at the bar. They even offer organic wine, which I never see at other restaurants. I don't know if I was just so hungry, but I had one of the best wild salmon meals of my life lol. And the affogato was a perfect sweet treat. My fiance had the grass-fed burger and the fries were so darn good. I'm so glad we have the Gastropub so close to our new home, I definitely think we will become regulars. Price per person: $30–40

I don’t post negative reviews often, however when I go into a restaurant and spend $400 I expect good things. The food was pretty good but the service was not. After our appetizers were brought to us we waited probably 30 minutes before our server came back to check on us. We had empty drinks and my niece never received her drinkafter ordering it twice. I’m completely understanding to being busy, but the restaurant was not busy, our group was the only group in the back and there was maybe 3 tables sat in the front. At the end of our meals we asked for some boxes and it was another 10 minutes before we got them and we only got them because we went up front to ask for them. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
