I’m writing this review a bit late, but I wanted to share my experience. A few months ago during my pregnancy, I ordered from this tiffin service and clearly requested fresh food. I even offered to pay extra because freshness really mattered at that time. The first two days were actually very good, but after that the quality dropped badly. The sabji started smelling stale, the chapatis had excess dry flour, and overall the food didn’t feel fresh at all. When I complained, the dal they sent was extremely salty—almost inedible. On top of that, they kept sending the same sabji every day. After about a week, I discontinued the service. I didn’t even ask for a refund because I didn’t want to spend more time and energy on it during my pregnancy. This experience broke my trust. When someone specifically asks for fresh food, especially during pregnancy, there should be more care and consistency. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very bad experience. Don’t waste your money here please. I cancel due to inadequate delivery and low quality of food. They don’t refund even no reply of calls and messages. I told them to continue my tiffin of they don’t have refund policy but no reply. As students, we are managing our expenses very carefully, and even a single dollar is important for us. Losing money like this without receiving proper service is very difficult for us. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Perfect for busy days! Fresh, hot meals delivered right on time. Love their rajma rice combo - tastes authentic. Staff is polite and accommodating. Been ordering for months without any complaints. Food: 5 Service: 5 Order type: Delivery
