I always hate to leave a so-so review. I was not super impressed. The sammy was really loaded down, lots of meats and veg and the stuff inside was delish. That is where it ends though. The bread, oh the bread. It was not substantial enough to hold all the toppings. I feel food truck food needs to be easy to eat as there are usually no tables. This, was not easy to eat. Most of the insides of my sandwich ended up outside my sandwich. On my shirt, in the floorboard of my vehicle and on the wrapper in my lap. The bread split which was a sad time. This would be GREAT as a wrap, or atleast served on a plate or in a boat with a fork. Some sandwiches are just fork and knifers, and that is OK!
