Awful service, apparently 3 main courses is a big order and takes 3 hours to cook. Obnoxious and unfriendly staff, telephone engaged. DO N OT USE

Used to be amazing until three weeks ago, delivery guy gave our meal away to our neighbours without coming to our door and knocking it to check he had the right people, we’d payed by card so he just handed it over, we waited another hour for another meal to be sent which was good, but just a shame the honey chilli sauce tub was crushed in the bottom of the bag and sauce everywhere. Then tonight placed our order and delivery came and we sorted our meals onto our plates to realise my honey chilli sauce wasn’t there, so I was faced with a very dry meal, so I called to be told in a very happy voice that it wasn’t on the line but you have paid for it and it can be with you in an hour, (AN HOUR??????) I said no thanks and she apologised in a happy voice and said we’ll give you free prawn crackers next time (FREE???????). We get free prawn crackers every time we order, so what you’re saying is, you’ve paid for sauce and we can’t be bothered to deliver it. What an absolute shambles, I can’t even explain how disappointed I am with this place now, I raved about it to everyone, well not anymore.
