Daniel, thanks for finally crossing the street and giving us a try — although we’re sorry the first visit didn’t live up to the years of anticipation.We appreciate you calling out our staff as nice and responsive, and we’ll absolutely take a look at the tap availability you experienced. Having multiple draft options unavailable isn’t the experience we want to provide.On pricing, we understand $13 for a local craft beer can isn’t inexpensive. We also operate a large independent venue in Washington, DC, with the labor, insurance, rent, security, and operating costs that come with it. We work hard to price our offerings competitively with comparable DC venues while supporting local breweries and employing a great team.As for the “AI slop” menu — point taken on the design feedback. We’d rather hear that you hate it than pretend everyone loves everything we create. But “gouged and cheapened” doesn’t feel like a particularly fair description of a team that, by your own account, treated you well and served food you thought was perfectly fine.We clearly didn’t win you over on visit #1, but we appreciate the feedback and will use the parts we can improve upon.
