We had asked for sliced beef and received this extremely thin, stringy, chewy battered bits as seen in picture. No point complaining either, the wee young girl on the phone/till hasn’t a clue about customer service, or common courtesy. Even going as far as to say she wouldn’t order the food herself. When we brought the stringy battered beef to their attention the young madam argued with us and then eventually we got an apology just as we were ending the call. Very dissatisfied Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Firstly I rang and they hung up on me. Then answered and got my order done, and then got it wrong forgetting my chicken balls and giving me an extra chicken fried rice. Terrible service and food wasnt nice anyway wouldn't recommend Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Poor qaulity food over priced over cooked never again will i buy in hot cha don't even get a full portion for the price you would think it just ripping people of in bourgshane was sick as a dog after it for days never again
