I went to Middle school with the owners son and grew up in and around Idaho. Hot Rod Cafe was my favorite place to eat. Use to hang out there every other weekend as a kid. My dad would take us all and the best part was getting the meals that came with the paper hotrods. The owners son is the soul reason I got into cars and collecting and one of a few reasons why I want to open a community racing room. Man sad I just found out this place closed down. Bummer wish there was a way we could have saved this place.
