A reservation which had to be canceled a week before following a computer problem with them for a reservation made 3 months previously, I insisted but unfortunately sometimes it would be better to abstain. One star because it is not possible to give less, correct room without more however in terms of accessibility, parking and especially food it is a disaster. The quality of the products is far from what one would expect in this type of establishment, as for the buffet it is even more surprising. The buffet is made for 50 people while there are at least 200 of you crammed on top of each other. If you are not there at the first service you will have your thumb left to feed you. Scandalous, the staff doesn't care and the management is haughty about the problems encountered. Run away.... For the explanation, we had indeed had a computer problem with your reservation, but this does not mean that we canceled your reservation, on the contrary your comment proves it. Concerning the other points, our rooms will be renovated this summer, for parking, we have places available in an underground car park which is very easily accessible and we send an email to all our vacationers 7 days before their arrival to tell them how to reach the hotel and therefore the underground car park. What’s more, we generally have very good feedback on our accessibility. As for catering, you were in fact in a very busy week with many holidaymakers who had chosen half-board. We have two services, one at 7 p.m. and another at 8:15 p.m. which allows for smoother flow and we refill the buffets throughout the duration of the service. We always do a little more, so that our vacationers lack nothing. We are sorry that your experience with us did not suit you, we are also sorry that you did not dare to say anything on site and that you preferred to post a comment several months after your stay. The hotel is nice, a 3-star chain hotel, nothing exceptional but it's okay. The welcome is also pleasant. Huge flaw, the restaurant, lamentable, worse than the canteen. The choice between 2 dishes, yesterday tartiflette worthy of the worst school canteen and fish in a weird sauce, 2 dishes to choose from of poor quality and nothing else for a hotel of this size, it's really very, very fair. In the mountains, dinner is an important and awaited moment, here it is a punishment that makes the stay painful Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4
