SCANDALOUS! They charged me €30 to change my 3 year old daughter's wet bed!! The receptionist (probably the owner's son) first told me that they would change the sheets the NEXT MORNING and then, after pointing out that we would have to sleep in that bed that night, he proposed: 1) change rooms by paying €50; 2) change the sheets by paying €30!! Same situation happened in other hotels and NEVER did anyone even think of charging us anything, in fact they were the ones who told us not to worry. The "hotel" was obviously reported to the travel agency that organized our stay and then by recounting the episode in the restaurants where we subsequently ate and to the ski instructors who followed us they all confirmed the lack of hospitality (let's say so) of hoteliers. The same receptionist FORGOTTEN in the morning to have our blocked bidet fixed and only at our reminder in the late afternoon did he proceed to call someone. Finally, I would like to point out that the "hotel" closes at 9pm, literally. That is, from 9:00 pm the entire ground floor is turned off and inaccessible with the main door closed and to enter you enter from the back! (Actually, on Sunday evening we found the entrance already closed at 8.45pm). Having said that, I stress that this would be a 4 star hotel! Gentlemen, the choice is yours. ANSWER: You are to be reported! The only true thing you wrote was the request to move the day due to work reasons. For the rest, how dare you say that we have introduced drinks purchased from outside the hotel? I don't even know where the supermarket in Ponte di Legno is, the only thing purchased in town and brought to the room are mountain snow boots! On Saturday we came to reception 3 times: the first, in the morning, to report that your bidet was blocked (obviously already found like this), the second, in the afternoon, to REMIND you that you hadn't fixed the bidet and the last time at 6pm :15, not at 8.30pm as you claimed, to point out that my daughter had wet the bed (and by wet I meant pee not water otherwise I would have asked for a hairdryer, not a change of sheets). At least when you make up accusations don't be too detailed because at 8.30pm we were in a restaurant (we had been there since 7pm!). Furthermore, the request for payment occurred when I told her that he had wet the bed, not after he went to the room where he obviously found a bed wet with pee. Last thing, when I left the room there were neither shoes nor clothes because I don't usually give clothes to people who don't need them. Having said this, the falsity of the things you have written is truly alarming for people who are in daily contact with the public.

In a completely exceptional way we allow movement without any penalty. Unfortunately, given the nature of Di Girolamo, it is a constant request at the reception, without having the slightest decency of education regarding their duties as customers: Room left in pitiful conditions, clothes, shoes and rubbish everywhere, never a greeting, no extras consumed and a constant coming and going of bags and drinks brought from outside into the room. On the evening of the second day at 8.30pm they showed up at the desk saying that the child had wet the bed, could we change the sheets? Initially I thought it was the water they bought at the supermarket, I went to check and discovered that it wasn't simple water, but urine, and that it wasn't enough to replace the sheets, but the child's needs had penetrated from the duvet to the mattress, wetting it completely. We therefore point out the need to change rooms or completely replace the mattress and linen, obviously with a very honest surcharge. From here the discussions begin and the threats to give the property a negative review if we charged for the service. The little girl may be 3 years old, and wetting in bed can also happen, but if the parents' education is lacking it is not due to age issues. Pretentious and rude people think that everything is due! We cannot publish the photos of the room and the bed, but truly poor people are the colleagues who will host this family in the future given that from what they say their rudeness is a MODUS OPERANDI.More
