Ubicado frente al puerto, quizá lo negativo estando con chicos es llegar a la playa caminando varias cuadras. La atención es de excelencia. Buen servicio, buen bar, buena comida. Las habitaciones que elegimos son unos departamentos y realmente son cómodos. Súper recomendable

This was our second stay at Ideon Hotel, and once again it was an excellent experience. It really felt like coming back to a place where you're genuinely welcome. The staff deserve special thanks – the reception team, the restaurant staff, and the housekeeping team were all incredibly kind, professional, and always smiling. Their hospitality made our holiday even more enjoyable. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Waking up to a beautiful sea view every morning was a real highlight. The location is perfect - just a short walk to the charming Old Town of Rethymno, the Venetian harbor, great restaurants, and shops. The breakfast was varied and tasty, the atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxed and friendly, and everything was well organized. Thank you to the entire Ideon Hotel team for another wonderful stay. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting beautiful Rethymno!

Beautiful hotel.The staff are friendly, helpful and can't do enough for you. The food is lovely and varied. It's buffet breakfast and a la carte dinner. Our room is spotless, very comfortable, light and airy. The hotel is in a fantastic location overlooking the sea, and in the old town. All in all we can't fault it and would definitely come again. Service: 5
