We stayed in the new part of the hotel with the suites for a couple of nights. Our suite ‘Siesta’ was magnificent. The room and balcony are spacious. In the middle of the room there is an extra large bathtub. The standard bed was not the most comfortable we have ever had, while the mattress was pretty hard and you feel movements of each other. The views are fantastic towards the ‘Langkofel’ mountain range. Included in our booking was dinner which was okay but nothing special. The personell is kind of distant but friendly, with a couple of mistakes and misinterpretations here and there but nothing really important. The spa area gets maximum points, everything was very joyful. We recommend this hotel. Service: 3

Good food at the restaurant, but very sophisticated payment process if you're just visiting the restaurant for a dinner.

I stayed in this property with my partner and I would like to point out that we slept in the wild soul suite. The view certainly leaves you speechless and the room is no different, but for the overall cost of the stay it fails in many aspects. Completely absent service, unacceptable food with only three choices available, among which we were offered a vegetable puree. We expected to be able to taste local foods, but this was not the case. Furthermore, a lot of appearance, but unfortunately details left to chance: the room is not finished (spotlights, painting and the continuous problem of water infiltration which we were unable to define as the leak), not to mention the missing toothbrushes which from a suite of this price are essential (we had to request them and pay for them at reception at the price of €10). Even the electronic key did not allow the possibility of entering the "do not disturb" button from outside. As for the spa, if it can be defined as such, there is a swimming pool (indoor/outdoor) and 2 relaxation rooms that can be used from 8am to 7pm. The sauna can only be used from 5pm onwards, exclusively for nudists, with "refreshments" attached . Not to mention that there are rules that are not respected such as that of silence and that of letting children stay in the spa until 5pm, diving in, shouting and doing what they want without anyone telling them anything. Upon our observation, the spa manager replied that it was a large group which is why they were allowed to behave like this. Stunning structure, but many aspects to consider.
