We have already responded to your review previously, but we are reposting our full response here so that anyone reading this review can also see all the relevant clarifications:We are very sorry about what you have reported, but we believe it is important to provide some clarification so that anyone reading this review can have a complete picture of the situation.The incident is currently being investigated in cooperation with the relevant law enforcement authorities. Following the checks carried out, there are no signs of forced entry to the room door, nor is there any record of authorized access. The safe also shows no signs of tampering or forced opening and, by design, can only be opened using the personal code set by the guest.We are also concerned by the fact that, initially, we were told that the money had been left inside the bag, while subsequently it was stated that it had been placed inside the safe. This is a significant discrepancy which, together with the results of the checks carried out, makes the situation objectively unclear and in need of further investigation.We would also like to point out that our hotel has a highly trusted team, including staff members who have been working with us for more than twenty years, and we take any insinuations concerning them very seriously.It is not for us to determine what happened or to make accusations. The relevant authorities, through the ongoing investigation, will establish the facts. In the meantime, we believe it is only fair that anyone reading this review is also aware of these circumstances before forming an opinion.
