The size of the towel given is absurd. Need to pay to use iron while most hotel offer complimentary iron is also absurd

The hotel is ok but bath towel not provided. To use iron, we need to go to one section of the floor and need to insert 50sen coin for a few minutes service. This is so incovenient. Should have changed the method to cashless.

Can't lock the room from inside. Had to use the chair as safety precautions. Told the staff, they said they had a maintenance guy came over to check and repair, but our room door was still unable to be locked from the inside. They also did not let me change room.
