we were there 20 minutes waiting for someone to take our order, despite us entering to ask if we can just sit wherever. it was very hot and they didn’t even come to offer us an umbrella for the sun, literally 20 minutes and the waiters where just passing by us, so sad such a beautiful place with a beautiful spot has such a terrible service. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Restaurant Schwarzsee is a beautiful landmark. You must stop here if you visit Schwarzsee or zermatt in general. The service was fast, professional. The waiter was king and helpful. The vibe is great. The views are breathtaking. Plenty of space for sitting outside and inside. The menu had a large number of options to choose from for eating and drinking including their iconic schwarzsee Kaffee. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.
