What an awesome group of people!! They are so kind and welcoming to me! I work in the HUB and seeing them during the day makes me smile! They always make my drinks just the way I want and suggest new drinks to try! Dave is a great manager and he provides fabulous customer service!!

I have been going to this business for over 4 years now, ordering the same drink everyday. Today, I was charged 6.30 for my beverage, in comparison to 5.85. The manager proceeded to tell me that this is the price I have always paid, implying I'm incompetent or stupid. I looked up my receipt history, approached him again and told him that that was not the price I have been paying. He got hostile really quick and turned his machine to me to show me how he was ringing it up. He kept saying in a loud voice "well then they have been ringing up your drink incorrectly, and I will tell my WHOLE staff to start charging you this amount everyday." I don't appreciate the hostility nor the impatience to address my concerns in person. I have been a loyal customer here for years and I do not, nor does anyone else, deserve to be treated the way this manager treated me this afternoon.
