Generosos es el adjetivo más adecuado para los filetes de este restaurante. Por si todo esto fuera poco, su personal es admirable. Una serie de usuarios estiman que el servicio es sofisticado. Restaurant Hugo te ofrece comidas a unos precios adecuados. Una vez dentro, su atmósfera es agradable. Pero este lugar no es muy querido por los usuarios de Google, quienes le han dado una valoración por debajo de la media.

No comí en el lugar. Solo en la parte nocturna para bailar (discoteca) variedad en música. Lo malo es que los de seguridad no controla a la gente que está pasada de tragos (borrach@s) y hombres y mujeres drogad@s. No fue muy agradable ver ese tipo de gente que va allí. Te tocan mucho, faltan el respeto, te empujan etc Los de seguridad deberían controlar eso ya que uno quiere es bailar y compartir con buenas amistades!

This was my second disappointing experience at Hugo Steakhouse, and unfortunately it will be my last. My mother and I ordered steak, wine, and appetizers. We specifically asked for our wine to be chilled, which never happened. We were also asked whether we wanted our main course served immediately or about 20 minutes after the appetizer. We chose to wait. When the food arrived, both the steak and fries were cold. We politely sent it back and asked for fresh, hot food. The restaurant’s solution was to replace the fries and reheat the steak. We declined and requested a newly prepared steak instead. After waiting again, we were told that the staff considered the steak warm enough and that they would only reheat it. At that point, we asked for the meal to be removed entirely and paid only for the wine. Serving cold food can happen. What matters is how a restaurant handles the situation. Instead of correcting the mistake, the staff chose to argue that the food was sufficiently warm and refused to prepare a new steak. As someone who has lived in the United States for 15 years and dined at countless steakhouses, I found the lack of accountability and customer service far more disappointing than the cold food itself. Vi var ett sällskap som åt ifrån Crazy Monday menyn där det ingick mat och 55min bowling. Jag åt Hamburgaren som va kalasbra. En av tjejerna åt fläskfilén som även den va bra. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: kr 100–200 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Paid street parking
