Sus cocineros preparan aquí unos atrayentes rollitos de primavera de gambas, una tierna gamba con coco y unos sorprendentes rollitos de gambas. No hay duda de que te van a encantar sus delicados bollos de coco, su casero bizcocho de piña y su perfectamente elaborada piña a la parrilla. Awesome place!! Loved the atmosphere. Food was delish and drinks were well made. Server/Host were friendly. Def will stop back when in the Columbus area! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $60–70

THE GOOD: Resturant has a beautiful vibe and atmosphere. Environment made us feel like we were on a Florida or Hawaii beach front as soon as we walked in. Fun spin on classic tiki drinks. Menu was a perfect represenation of the culture they were going for, and food was delicious. THE BAD: My wife and I grew up around the area and recently moved back so were excited to try some new places in downtown Powell (spontaneous last minute date). Went in at 9pm, knowing that since they closed at 930, we probaly only had time for a quick drink at the bar, but wanted to just feel out the vibe. I worked in the service industry for 10+ years so I knew how to be respectful about a quick closing drink close to closing time. When we walked in, host was quick to inform us last call was at 930, and informed us the kitchen was already closed (which we were okay with). After a little bit of time looking at the menu, the bartender who had not really acknowledged us, brought us two cups of lukewarm water without ice, which wasnt a big deal, but notable. He took our order for drinks, but when I asked for one ingredient to be omitted, he told me he couldnt b/c the drink was already premixed. Again, not a big deal, I just assumed when the menu bragged about house made ingredients that the drinks were made fresh. Bartender actually asked if we wanted food contrary to what we were told at the host stand. We asked if the kitchen was still open since we wernt expecting it, the bartender replied 'they are about to close' with a tone that implied we had to hurry if we wanted something. We ordered nothing more than 1 app, to avoid annoying the back of house staff. Bartender seemed to be a little cold which may be his normal personality or preoccipied most of the night which in most situations I wouldnt think much of at the end of the night. [Disclaimer: Based soley on intuition:] I had a sense the staffs demeanor, had something to do with a stereotype of our specific culture which tends to eat late, sometimes being a little brash, and sometimes tipping less than expected (due to different tipping culture outside of America), hence the warm water without asking, attitidue that came off to us as unwelcoming, etc. We were thankful for a drink at a nice bar, and the good food prepared by the kitchen, so we finished up quick, asked for the check and closed out before we finished so staff could close out, including a reasonable 18% tip. Out of respect for the staffs time, we ended up walking out at the same time as the last table who was there before us, less than 15 mins after doors were closed as we normally do on the occasion we are there at closing. Although some of the sour taste left in our mouth may have just been the syrup mixers and some just from conjecture of why we had some of the service we did; I would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for some of the service which I expected better from a fairly trendy establishment in downtown Powell. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
