Excellent customer service! the delis only open certain hours but they have the best pizza at a reasonable price

While on a work trip I needed to use the bathroom and on this stretch of road, there are no bathrooms available as well as no porta potties on the beach. I ran in there and begged the clerk if I could use his bathroom real quick. He told me no that they didn't have a bathroom which is a lie. Of course they have a bathroom but it's for employees, whatever. He then pointed to a TV screen with multiple camera views on it next to him that the entire store could see and pointed to a drain on the ground at the back of the store and told me I could go squat back there. How disrespectful and rude to say some thing like that to a human being. I understand you don't want to let people use the bathroom. But to tell a woman to go drop her pants and squat over a hole in the ground in the back of their store with a camera watching her for the entire store to see... Are you kidding me!?!

Formerly Hummel's... now Frescomart. They have another location in Houston. Predatory business practices indeed. The new owners refuse to post any prices for any of their goods. They can charge whatever they wish at any time, without the customer knowing. I always try to support local businesses versus chain stores. However in this instance, I have chosen not to support this business unless they post prices.
