Our first, but definitely not the last visit to this new Mediterranean food place. The owner was friendly and explained us everything and he even let us sample things we did not order. Truly appreciate that. The food was fresh, and the price was great. Lucky to have a good lunch place in WDBGE. We tried Mushroom Shwarma and Lemon Chicken bowl, pita chip and drinks.. all very tastydefinitely try it!! Looking forward to our next visit to try their Bowl collection which looks healthy. Hey everyone, I am back with another review! The Hummus Republic location in Edison, is a great restaurant! Recently, I tried a customized Mediterranean spinach wrap with spinach, halal chicken, crumbled feta, chickpea croutons, traditional tahini, and traditional hummus drizzled on the top. I also ordered Sweet potatoes fries, a Pomegranate lemonade, and the Chocolate chunk cookie. The wrap was very fresh, delicious, and filling! I wouldn’t get the chickpea croutons again as for my preference they were a bit too hard texture wise to eat. Otherwise, the food was pretty good, the worker was very pleasant, also informative with selecting/recommend some additional sauce options! Certainly will be returning for additional food.
