Hands down the worst Hungry Jacks ever. 6 people working with 5 orders in front. Took over 20 mins to get my food. No one doing anything. Almost missed flight. Missing sauce for nuggets, nuggets cold what an absolute disaster. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–40

The food was good that like typical Hungry Jack’s. We ordered burgers, chicken nuggets, and kids meal and the snack roll. All of them were very good. They were served on time and like the other reviews I think it’s not bad. They’re pretty good. Definitely checking out. my kids didn’t like the skittles drink that will definitely get a one star only for that food item. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely terrible experience at Hungry Jack’s Gold Coast Airport. The staff were more interested in yelling across the shop and joking around with each other than actually making customers’ food properly. It honestly felt more like a school lunch room than a restaurant. The cleanliness of the kitchen looked disgusting as well. Watching food being prepared completely killed my appetite. Then after waiting, the food finally came out cold. My breakfast wrap was even worse — it had crunchy bits in it that genuinely felt like dirt or sand. Completely unacceptable and honestly revolting. For an airport location charging premium prices, the standards should be far higher than this. Instead, it was one of the worst Hungry Jack’s experiences I’ve ever had. Management seriously needs to replace staff, improve hygiene standards, and start caring about food quality again. Easily the lowest standard Hungry Jack’s I’ve been to. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $40–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
