The sweet and sour balls were soggy, Singapore rice noodles were egg noodles, the other dish had no taste and my son's rice didn't come with his meal. Never ordering again

THIEVES! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! If I could give it no stars I honestly would. I placed an order on 6/5/16 for just over £15. The delivery woman pulled up to the car park and could not even be bothered to get up. She asked us to go around to the passenger side of the car and take the food ourselves...Its part of her job description to DELIVER the food, instead she just sat in the car, doing nothing. Awful customer service to say the least. Once we had opened up the food we had realised they had given us the wrong order. I rung the restaurant to try and rectify this however, they would not pick up. To make the situation worse we have contacted just eat to get a refund since Hungry Panda are not cooperating however, they are refusing to authorise the refund. What absolute thieves, stealing £15 of my money and not providing the food/service that is expected of them. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
