There is nothing worse than being promised a rich biryani and ending up with a sad plate of plain, white, boiled rice with a basic chicken curry scooped on top. That’s not biryani; that’s a tragedy. Food: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40

I had the chicken biryani, and it was really tasty with good quality ingredients. The shop was clean, neat, and hygienic, which made the experience even better. The service was fast, parking was easily available, and the staff were friendly. Overall, a great place for a delicious meal. Highly recommended! Meal type: Dinner

We ordered two chicken noodles, one chicken biryani, and one chicken manchurian starter from Hyderabadi Kitchen, but instead received someone else’s order — just one chicken fried rice and one chicken noodles in another person’s name! When we called the restaurant to sort it out, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping us, they told us to come to the restaurant and collect the correct order ourselves, which is ridiculous considering it was their mistake in the first place. To make it worse, they bluntly said there would be no refund. This kind of behaviour and service is completely unacceptable. Not only did they mess up the order, but they also treated us with zero respect or accountability. I’ll definitely never order from Hyderabadi Kitchen again, and I’d strongly warn others to avoid this place unless you want to waste your money and end up frustrated and hungry.
