First off I’m not one to gripe about service or restaurants but we had the absolute worst service I’ve ever had we pulled up and the parking lot had about one or two cars so we were thinking great it was going to be fast service we were definitely wrong when we were seated we had to ask for a high chair and they saw we had a baby we were rushed to order also on top of that you could tell the server hated her job or was having a bad day she had brought our drinks out and had slid them to us like we were at a bar or something even did it with the kids drink which if it would of spilled on any of us I would of lost it while doing all that she didn’t smile or anything she slid our food plates to us as well we waited almost 30-40 minutes for our food when it was just us and another family while you could see her going around the corner with a drink and food before anybody had their food did not come and check on us until we were almost finished and then when we asked for a check she was going on about how tired she was. Tired or not if you’re a server fake it till you make it and PLUS eggs tasted like plastic was hard to eat and nothing was hot when it came out the plate was but food wasn’t When asking for the ticket she was scratching her belly right in front of my husbands face Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Amazing service, our food came out amazing! Our server was ashlynn she was on top of it and kept us updated amazing on communication! Other servers and managers helped out and were very pleasant! Overall an amazing 10/10 experience. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went to IHOP recently and honestly had one of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food came out fast, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. What really stood out was how hard the entire staff works together as a team. Everyone was professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about the customers and each other. You can tell this location has strong leadership and a positive culture. The GM especially deserves recognition for running such a well-organized and customer-focused restaurant. Great leadership shows through the staff, and it definitely shows here. A huge shoutout to Lilly, Candice, Lauren, Brittney, Kaitlynn, Erica, Cassie, and the rest of the amazing team: Nadia, Cadence, Olivia, and Evan. It’s rare to walk into a place where the employees are consistently kind, motivated, and working together so smoothly. This crew absolutely deserves recognition for the environment they create.
