I recently had a great experience at IHOP, and a big reason for that was the service we received from a staff member named Elsy. From the moment my friends and I sat down, she made us feel welcome and taken care of. She greeted us with a warm smile and a positive attitude that honestly made the whole atmosphere feel more comfortable and friendly. Throughout our meal, Elsy was very attentive. She constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, especially when it came to our drinks. Every time our glasses started getting low, she was already there offering a refill before we even had to ask. It might seem like a small thing, but those little details really make a difference when you’re dining out, and it showed that she genuinely cared about giving us good service. Another thing that stood out was her attitude. Elsy had a smile on her face the entire time and never seemed annoyed or rushed, even though the restaurant was pretty busy. She was patient with our group, answered our questions, and made sure our orders were correct. It’s clear that she takes pride in her job and wants customers to have a good experience. Because of Elsy’s service, our visit to IHOP was much more enjoyable. Good food is important, but great customer service can really make a place stand out, and she definitely delivered that. My friends and I left feeling satisfied not just with the meal, but with the way we were treated. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this IHOP location, and if you get the chance to be served by Elsy, you’ll probably have a great experience like we did. She’s friendly, attentive, and clearly works hard to make sure customers leave happy. Staff members like her are a big reason why people want to come back. ️ Meal type: Other Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
