Food is good, server was nice. The biggest issue is the cleanliness. The table we were sat at was sticky all over and we were sat next to the kitchen and constantly kept getting ants at our table. I counted a total of 20 before we even got our food. Once we got our food the ants kept coming. From what I have been told this ihop has been dropped by Blue Beatle due to them being months behind on payment. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20
