La comida regular ,el servicio bien ,pero el ambiente y el lugar súper cochino ...no recomendado para nada ...un lugar sin limpieza de ningún tipo. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $20–30

IHOP Panola Road – Great Servers, but Front-of-House Customer Service Needs Improvement When I first walked into the IHOP on Panola Road, I was not greeted or acknowledged. A young lady who I believe was named Amber was talking with another young female at the register and appeared to be showing her how to do something. I stood there for a minute or two before Amber finally told me that she would take care of me when she was finished. That initial interaction was disappointing. Even when training or assisting another employee, a customer walking through the door should at least be greeted and acknowledged promptly. However, Ms. Lois and Mr. Anthony provided A1 CUSTOMER SERVICE! As soon as Ms. Lois heard what was said, she immediately stepped in and said she would take me to my seat right away. I truly appreciated that because she made me feel acknowledged and welcomed. Mr. Anthony was my server, and he went above and beyond throughout my entire visit. He consistently checked on me, asked if I needed anything, and was very attentive and thoughtful. His customer service was excellent. There was also another older female server working who appeared to be doing a great job, although unfortunately I did not get her name. Ms. Lois and Mr. Anthony deserve recognition for the way they treat customers. They completely changed the direction of my experience and demonstrated what good customer service should look like. As for Amber, I believe some additional customer-service training would be beneficial, particularly when it comes to greeting, acknowledging, and prioritizing customers when they enter the restaurant. You never know who is walking through the door or who may be evaluating the customer experience. Thank you, Ms. Lois and Mr. Anthony, for the A1 service!
