It was kind of busy because it was Mother’s Day, of course. The pancake charcuterie board with blue corn, pancakes, and fresh fruit was amazing! Pork belly was kind of disappointing, but the beef short rib and puréed potatoes stole the show! Huge portion more than enough for two people and was so tender. It fell off the bone you could cut it with a fork. The drinks were so good, especially the espresso martini. The Waite staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $80–90 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We had the salt and pepper seabass and the coffee infused filet. Both entrees were incredible. The sides were fine. Leaving 5 stars for our server Kayden who gave us exceptional service and recommendations. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $90–100 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I do love the atmosphere of III PALMS. The food is good not great but the atmosphere is superb and worth the expense The service is always exceptional. Making a reservation for special occasions is a must. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
