So the food in the Ikea restaurant in Essen hasn't been great so far anyway... but the quality and organization that was offered at the Julbord 2023... was really below all cannon. Incredibly poor quality, a waiting time of around 60 minutes and a shortened buffet time of 30 minutes. Additionally, an overwhelmed manager who was unable (or unwilling) to change the situation. Skilled labor shortage across the board. The price has remained at €19 per person, but this year without duck leg, salmon, salmon lasagne and hot drinks. To do this, they went to the trouble of dismantling the sauce dispensers (ketchup, etc.)....oh man.... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
