The food was good, but my experience was not. When I arrived, I noticed three men standing outside, a man inside ordering and then sat a table, and a man and woman sitting at a table. I'm not Italian, and my Italian is not good, but I tried to order in Italian. The staff member was not particularly friendly and seemed a little annoyed, but he helped me. While I was waiting for my sandwich to be heated up, the three men standing outside walked in to order. They seemed like regulars, the staff member seemed to know them. I had to step outside for a moment, but when I was returning to the counter one of the men tossed a crumpled bill over his shoulder at me. It didn't hit me, it landed on the floor right in front of me. Another man in the group quickly picked it up, but the group of men laughed. I'm not sure if the staff member laughed. I'm not Italian, but it was obviously meant to be offensive. I had to wait a couple more minutes for my sandwich to be ready, but there were no apologies, no acknowledgement of the rude customer behavior, nothing. I would not consider this place welcoming to foreigners ****** Adding to my review to confirm for the owner this is the location I visited and where the incident occurred. I added my receipt which shows this address. The word "sandwich" may not translate well. The pictures shown (from Bar Del Sole) are what we call sandwiches in the US. The item circled looks a lot like what I ordered. I don't blame the business for the men's behavior, but if you don't want that behavior in your store, employees should speak up and say something to people who do it. While we may not speak the same language, gestures can go a long way to express being sorry or regret to a customer that experienced this poor behavior Price per person: €1–10 Food: 4

Ciao mi dispiace del accaduto forse hai sbagliato bar perché noi non vendiamo panini e poi siamo cordiali con tutti veramente… non gira gente brutta nel mio bar quindi stai molto sereno che sicuramente avrai sbagliato bar….. perché noi siamo educatissimi con tutti Ti informo che il bar è stato aperto 2 mesi fa solo il primo mese sono stati proposti i panini poi gli abbiamo levati e tu te ne esci ora 5 giorni fa con la recensione fammi il piacere hai sbagliato bar veramente siamo cordiali con tutti ma proprio tutti
