I would like to share with you my recent experience at Il Galateo restaurant, a true hidden gem for lovers of Italian cuisine. Upon our arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff, whose attention to detail and courtesy made my dinner even more enjoyable. My wife opted for a pizza which, upon first bite, revealed a thin, crispy crust, topped with fresh and tasty ingredients. My son, for his part, enjoyed a Bolognese pasta dish, generously served and perfectly seasoned. For my part, I chose the real carbonara. This dish, prepared according to Italian tradition, was a pure delight: al dente pasta, a creamy sauce made from egg yolk and pecorino, without cream, and crispy pieces of guanciale. A simple but exquisite pleasure, faithful to the authenticity of the original recipe. But that's not all: I also had the pleasure of seeing the antipasti parade on the other tables, magnificent plates that made my mouth water. Whether it was cold meats, grilled vegetables or even seafood, everything was presented with remarkable finesse and attention to detail. In conclusion, Il Galateo is a must for all Italian food lovers. Whether you are there for pizza, pasta or simply to discover authentic flavors, this restaurant will offer you a true culinary journey.
