One of the worst customer service experiences ever. I ordered a chicken meat box and the chicken was not cooked properly — some pieces were completely raw. I went back politely and asked them to check if it was cooked properly, but instead of fixing the issue, the staff kept arguing and refused to accept that the meat was raw. Very disappointing service and poor food quality. Definitely not recommended. Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

ISPA kebabs was a total letdown. The chicken tasted old and stale, almost as if it had been reheated multiple times. The lack of flavour was appalling, making each bite a chore rather than a meal. Overall hygiene and presentation left much to be desired as well. Save yourself the disappointment and find a place that respects its customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
