WE WERE THREATENED BY THE STAFF. Do NOT come here. The waiter threatened us physically. this is a very dangerous place - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. He charged us 125 euros for 5 aperol spritzes and when we questioned the price, he threatened to fight us and bring reinforcements to extort the money from us. He yelled at us, told us that there was “going to be a problem”, and threatened to fight us. We didn’t have enough cash - fearing for our safety, we were forced to withdraw the money from the adjacent ATM. As a female tourist in an unfamiliar country, there was little I could do to protect myself I have never felt so unsafe, especially in such an unassuming, touristy place. Do not come here and do not support this business EDIT: I have now added a video for proof since the owner replied falsely claiming that we went to the place next door. There is no place next door (it’s in its own corner) and in the moment I had confirmed the name with him The video is of him making us hand over 125 euro from the ATM and you can see that he matches the staff member pictured in other people’s reviews. You can also see the MB ice club sign and storefront in the back. The video was secretly taken since he was threatening to be violent When I told our travel guide the next day, she said that this owner has had issues with scamming in the past, and at one point had his license revoked.
