Una vez que hayas disfrutado de Museum Altstadtrathaus, visita este restaurante, que no está muy lejos. La carta de Ichiban incluye platos de la cocina japonesa. Este lugar bien pudiera recomendarse solo por sus sorprendentes sushi nigiri, su generoso marisco y sus bien trabajados rollos. El bitter de este lugar no es muy del agrado de sus visitantes.
Por si todo esto fuera poco, su personal es profesional. Te va a gustar su estupendo servicio. Una vez dentro, su ambiente es encantador. Pero este restaurante no ha recibido una puntuación muy alta por parte de los usuarios de Google.

The first visit to Ichiban Braunschweig - - and unfortunately the last. We are used to top service from Hanover, which Braunschweig was happy to learn from! We were there with friends who weren't yet familiar with the tablet. There was no instruction on the tablet, ordered dishes came at very different times, 3 ordered dishes didn't come at all - when we asked, they said they would come straight away - but nothing came, one too many dishes came that we hadn't even ordered. The waiter didn't look at us at all, was very hectic - but emphasized several times that we shouldn't order too much when he brought the food, the table wasn't cleared The invoice also took a very long time, when I asked for the invoice there was only an EC receipt and the tablet was confiscated. I said I would finish typing the feedback - but was rejected on the grounds that he had turned it off and I could tell him personally. I did that too - was dismissed with "have a nice evening, bye" Absolutely not customer-oriented, a shame! Addendum: And even 20 minutes later the table still hasn't been cleared Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
