Vas a llevarte un buen recuerdo de este bar, ya que es bien conocido por su gran servicio y su amable personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Muchos clientes dicen que los platos que ofrecen tienen unos precios satisfactorios. Iguana Rooftop no puede atraer muchos visitantes por su recomendable atmósfera. Un gran número de usuarios que usan Google no le dieron a este lugar una nota muy alta.

The way the reservation wasn’t professional at all and the staff were not cooperated, we reserve for birthday and we asked them many times to clean the table and bring the cake but they were delay and we asked them to bring the cake back and it was at 1 am and they were about to close Second the atmosphere was horrible and the place was overpacked with people. Third the food was cold Finally there was a fight on the entrance instead to keep us safe they told us to use the emergency exit and when we get there the fight was still there and on the front of the exit door Not recommended at all Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I honestly cannot believe how bad my experience at Iguana Rooftop was. From start to finish, the place was a complete disaster. The DJ had no idea what he was doing — every track felt wrong, and the sound system was unbearable. The speakers were crackling, the bass was uneven, and the music quality was painful to the ears. Things got even worse when the drummers arrived. Their drumming was so loud and overwhelming that it completely drowned out the music. It felt chaotic and irritating rather than entertaining, turning what should have been a fun night into a stressful noise fest. The only saving grace was our waiter, Abu Wadieh. He was genuinely kind, polite, and professional — a rare bright spot in an otherwise terrible experience. Everything else about this place was beyond disappointing. The management clearly doesn’t care about quality or customer experience. Honestly, I would not wish this experience on anyone, and this place doesn’t even deserve a single star.
