I used to like this branch of IHOP, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. The food quality has dropped badly. The hash browns were full of oil to the point they were inedible. I asked for a replacement, and it came back exactly the same. Clearly no care was taken. What made it worse was the staff attitude. On the surface they say “sorry,” but their behavior tells a different story. When I asked for the replacement, the server brought the plate back and held it uncomfortably close to my face, almost hitting me, while smiling in a very mocking way. It felt intentional and disrespectful. This kind of service is unacceptable. I will not be coming back. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
