Since our restaurant is located in a tropical garden, last night's storm unfortunately made it more difficult to maintain control over the insects, despite all the precautions we regularly take. However, we are aware that this does not justify what happened. Regarding the treatment you received, we are very sorry that you felt ignored. For our part, it appears that the pasta dish was served without any insects and that our staff tried to promptly remedy this by redoing the dish in the kitchen. Furthermore, she and the other six guests were offered liqueurs at the end of the meal as a gesture of apology.
