In the evening, even before entering we began to feel the right atmosphere for a romantic evening. Not knowing the place, I had booked through thefork... We enter and I discover that they have given us a very private table, inside an old wood-fired oven. Soft lights, soft music... Excellent service, attentive to the changes in the menu, always present even if not at all intrusive. Great choice of wines. Both meat and fish dishes, beautiful to look at and with refined flavours. Excellent experience in this recently opened restaurant in the heart of Viterbo. The refined design that can be enjoyed in this place is worth the visit alone, but there are many valid reasons to come to "Il Pellegrino". The dishes are always centered, with combinations designed with a view to a satisfying final result. The wine list is well designed considering the type of restaurant and the service was precise and welcoming. What can I say, it was a pleasant discovery, I will definitely return! Meal type: Dinner
