We’re making our way toward over to KAPPABASHI Street when my family was wondering what should they have for lunch? My mother-in-law wanted somewhere to sit down to eat . And I knew we have to keep in mind that my mother-in-law is a very picky eater. So we figure we’ll just stop at any restaurant that we see. Every time we to look at a menu, thanks goodness for pictures, we knew there was nothing that she would’ve eaten. I finally used Google maps and I have to found this place now. I’ve heard from the grape vine the natives only use Table log. I needed diversity this was easy to navigate using Google maps and trying to figure out what to eat. I took a quick glance at the photos that people posted and it had good review. This place was perfect. They had chicken wings from my mother and she said they were very good that she made another order of chicken wings. The hamburger steak that my husband and my sister-in-law ordered came with salad which they were very grateful because we haven’t had salad in a while and we love having salad with our meal. I had a Japanese curry meal with salad rice, and it was delicious. They serve a super cold water and I didn’t even need ice. In the end, they serve a little dessert which was very nice and refreshing. The staff was nice the place a small and he was super clean. This place is truly a hidden gem. When I come back to Japan, I hope to come back and have dinner here. Love love loved! Especially from my mother-in-law since her pallet is not very diverse. We had a beautiful dinner at Image. We walked in without a reservation and were warmly greeted and seated right away. The restaurant is very clean, cozy, and inviting. The menu is in Japanese only, but we used the Google Translate app to figure out what to order very easily. Our server was also extremely helpful. We ordered an assortment of hors d’oeuvres, the onion gratin soup, and the wagyu in red wine sauce. Every dish was fantastic - beautifully prepared and full of flavor. To top it off, the staff came out to wave us goodbye as we were leaving, which made the experience feel extra special! If you’re looking for a great dinner spot, this is the place.
