Staff are rude and focused on going home - no signage about rules. Make rules as they go along. Go elsewhere.female security office “Greg” got a major personality issue, yelling at patrons and locking them out unnecessarily because they wanted to go home. Hours are false also, they make them up as they go.Open till 3am clearly labelled on building in BIG writing yet they shut doors at 11pm - young girl left out front alone. No signs to advise of this ANYWHERE Why be open if doors closed? At least 6 cars turned up to be turned away. Boss needs to know his staff are not looking out for best interest of Hotel, only getting out early because they locked your paying customers OUT!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Imperial Hotel has the best price beer in the Inverell district with a price of $7.50 a schooner for most of it's on tap brews. Cheers. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: A$1–20
